Should I set up an account when purchasing a video?
You will receive an email from us asking you to reset your password. Make sure you do this, or you won’t have a username and password to log in and watch your videos or make more purchases in the future. The email address you used during checkout is your username, and the reset password will be your password. So keep it in a safe place.
How many times can I watch the video?
As many times as you want, while your subscription lasts. Subscription length is one week.
What do I do with the license I purchased?
You will receive an email with the license number and a link to the video. Click on the link and then on the button “Watch Full Video.” A box will pop up asking for the license number. If you created an account, you can also go back to your purchased videos later to watch it again.
What if I forget my password?
No problem! Just go to the login page and click on “Forgot my password.” Enter the email address you used to create your account. You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
